You decide when you want to speak to us. Too many property renovation companies don’t want to be involved until you’ve secured planning permission. We don’t think that’s right. At FHC, we love having early conversations to discuss your vision and provide early guidance. We can also bring an architect into the partnership, to offer a full Design & Build solution. This option enables you to benefit from our experience from the outset, ensuring architectural plans deliver to your budget. At times, it also means the build process can commence earlier, splitting the project into stages whilst we await certain approvals. 

 

We believe listening is one of our most important jobs. We want to hear what matters most to you. Whether it’s budget, timing, space, flow, storage, finish or something else entirely – if it’s top of your list, we put it at the top of ours.

If you’re thinking about property renovation, refurbishment or remodelling, without increasing the footprint, we offer a range of services, including design services, specific room renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations and garage conversions, through to entire home remodelling. 

 

For those looking for property extension, we can offer a full turn-key solution, including initial layout and concept design, planning approval, building regulations approval, project management and full build services.

The FHC Design & Build solution, incorporating our own approved architect, ensures your plans can be realised within your budget, without any re-planning or delays.

 

From solar panels to air source heat pumps, we incorporate the appropriate energy-saving components to suit you. Our Retrofit Energy Assessments are increasingly popular, where we complete a full review of your home’s energy usage to assess opportunities to reduce demand and improve efficiency. We always take your needs into account, recommending the most price-appropriate energy-saving methods for your circumstances.

We also build new homes in Surrey for private clients.

Our new build services take into account that building a new home is a significant under-taking. That’s why we’re here to partner with you every step of the way. We start by listening to your needs – what you are looking to achieve and how you plan to use the space. We then use our experience and expertise to create a new home of unrivalled quality, using our own craftsmen to bring your vision to life.

The FHC Design & Build solution offers clients the benefits of a consistent team across the entirety of their new build project – from initial architectural plans through to the build and the finishing touches.

We consider the energy-efficiency of your new build property, but through the lens of your needs, whether it be appropriate to incorporate solar panels, an air source heat pump, an electric vehicle charger or any other energy-saving components.


Where relevant, we also help clients gain planning permission on land, subsequently purchasing the land from them, to create one or more properties for sale to the open market, realising the full potential of their investment.
